So last time I logged in was a few months ago. I got a new job, got engaged and bought a house! I'm moving soon, out to the boonies, so good bye Chicago! (and good riddance parking tickets). I got engaged to Jon while we were on vacation in New Orleans. I have TONS of pictures to upload, but I need to get a new laptop first, and re-purchase photoshop. I have the ability to do that though, so it should happen soon.

I went on my first paid photo job this weekend. We all took pictures of about 150 soccer teams of small children for a park district. It was with one of my old buddies from Wolf Camera. Got some decent $$ from it, and it looks like I will be doing it again in the near future. I learned a lot from the experience. There were so many kids, each one got 1 individual photo and a team photo. They were really young too, some didn't want to smile, some didn't want to tuck in their shirt, get the hair out of their face, stay still, or cooperate in general. But I handled it well, and had a lot of fun. And I did it on 2 hours sleep!

So yeah, moving very soon, once I'm unpacked and back on the internet I'll be getting back into photography with full force.
